This multi-generation condo held a special spot for my client, having been in her family for four decades and holding lots of wonderful childhood memories. So when it came time to breathe fresh life into the home we focused on creating a timeless, classic mountainside retreat for everyone including the next generation to enjoy again.
We went to work opening up walls to provide more gathering space, increasing storage with smart built-ins and replacing the dated condo feel with a more modern sensibility that incorporated finishes and furnishings that would have a broad appeal and last for many more years to come.
